The Whirlwind SP1X3 provides one direct and two transformer-isolated outputs (all Male XLR) from a mic level input (Female XLR). Each transformer-isolated output features a ground lift switch. The direct output always has a connected ground.

The direct output is a straight through connection from the input jack and will pass phantom power. The isolated outputs each provide a low impedance (150 Ohms) balanced output signal through a Whirlwind TRSP transformer and will not pass phantom power.

The SP1X3 offers an operating level of -50dB to +4dB and boasts a frequency response of 20 Hz - 20kHz (±1dB).
